Born in London, living in the USA. Spent nearly two years in the Army, stationed in Panama. For Americans, colonialism was la dolce vita. Lived in the Times
Square area, another type of la dolce vita. Both Panama and Times Square offered me rich opportunities of exploring the world of euro-cult films, among other
things.... In the 1990s, I hosted a public access cable show, SINISTER TALES, which offered up clips from euro-cult films and me yapping away on whatever
suited my fancy. At a last vague count, I've had about ten books of translation published, the most recent being THE MOTION DEMON by the Polish fantasist
Stefan Grabinski. My own fiction has appeared in small press publications and a couple of Barnes & Noble anthologies. I am also editing and writing for
VAMPIROS AND MONSTRUOS: THE MEXICAN HORROR FILM OF THE 20th CENTURY, which should be published in 2008. In the back burner are glowing two secret book
projects.
